Allow us to support you in coming home to earth, body and breath, unlocking your innate feminine intelligence and living in unwavering love to that space.
We will spend an afternoon in togetherness, nurturing our true nature and reconnecting with the divine feminine that resides in us all.
We explore spirituality and awakening through the portal of the women's body, in the remembrance that what we are longing for is already within us. It is not about theory, ideas or dogma but a lived and embodied experience of the magic of the here and now.
There is mindfulness, mantra, movement, enquiry and integration with the divine feminine, as well as plenty of surprises... The practices we work with and share, powerfully root us in the present through our bodies, and our capacity to intuitively support and hold space for one another in circle, allowing us to unravel and melt into our innate wisdom and radiance in a profoundly touching way.

*Chapters are offered seasonally, Each chapter is 4 weeks in length. It is recommended to participate in order from chapters 1-5. Entire workshop series is a 5 chapter journey.
